for Vinod Sharma: to show the thumbnail image in the posting, you have to insert the image by clicking the thumbnail link (see below category box and tag cloud box on the right side of your text editor while you add a new post). Find the Readme folder in the theme directory and read the Theme Installation Guide carefully.
