Who knows.. when you get your extensions or themes from sites like these, you always run the risk thatthey are infected with malicious code.. It's up to you to test them out before rolling them into aproduction site, obviously. You can either browse through the code for obvious problems, or you can run themon a locally installed site, monitoring any outgoing connections from your httpd server.Besides themes, mostoften malicious code resides in these 'security' extensions.. always a good idea to give them a lookthrough.

Very very weird, I use to get my templates from here, but I started to get some excesive CPU use on myserver always pointing to index.php, I deleted all the files and did a fresh Joomla installation with thenative templates and then everything is ok, I think theses guys add some code to every download.
