   very first source codes and Akeeba is still established. Adminpanel: login CKent pass admin downloads

    Can you set up your quckstart somewhere on the server? The easiest way to backup are using Akeeba backup
    component

    1. install jump-start (database bla_bla_) 2. open notepad +++ sample_data 3.
    rename and replace all sql_"table bla_bla_" 4. open web phpmyadmin, import new replace SAMPLE_DATA 5.
