   translate strings using poedit, save (generate) .mo, then rename .mo to de_DE.mo and save it to
   /themes/cinchyou are done ;)

    the PO and MO...

    You are wrong, at many sites is this file shared for days (it is version 1.2), there is also
    slanted and postcard from woo and lot of themeforest wp-items.boycj is downloading themes from those
    sites, adding some readmes and then sharing it here.It's good that he is mirroring those themes, but he is
    definitely not the one who is getting those themes for you.
